LWHA collects from home & lot owners:

- LWHA also signs off on the water adequacy form, required when building a home or cabin by the Okanogan Department of Public Health. http://www.okanogancounty.org/ochd/water_ad.pdf
A new regulation requires lot owners who are applying for water availability & site analysis to provide well logs to the Okanogan County Office of Planning and Development. Well logs are public. You can access the logs here: Well log 1 and Well log 2.
Okanogan DPW collects/ invoices lot owners:
DPW assesses a fee every two months for managing the sewer and repairing if there is a problem or a break. Fees are less for unimproved lots; more for lots with houses. http://www.okanogancounty.org/PW/
