Architectural Control Committee

Design and construction within Liberty Woodlands is subject to an approval process administered by the Architectural Control Committee. The LW Ag Committee Charter is available here. Information on design guidelines and submissions to the committee are available here.

Firewise Committee

The purpose of the LW Firewise Committee is to promote a culture of wildfire awareness and resilience by fostering responsible ownership, community preparedness, and stewardship of our shared natural environment. The Committee Charter is available here.

Garbage and Recycling Committee (ad hoc)

The goals of the committee are to ensure that Liberty Woodlands is addressing the waste disposal needs of the community in a financially viable and environmentally sound way. Once the disposal needs are established the committee will be dissolved. The Committee Charter is available here.

Trails and Access Committee

A Ski Trail Subcommittee was formed by vote of the membership at the May 2019 annual meeting to 1) perform a feasibility study on a possible ski trail through Liberty Woodlands and 2) evaluate the effect/feasibility of a partnership with Methow Trails.
