In an effort to control roadway dust, Cascade Concrete is planning on applying lignin to our roads on Wednesday, June 12, 2019. It takes 2 hours to several days to dry depending on the weather. If it is really hot, it may take 2 hours, if cold and cloudy longer.
To allow the lignon to set (and get the most out of this application), please drive extremely slowly over the application. Stay in the middle of the road to avoid breaking down the edges of the application whenever you are driving through The Woodlands. Any splatter on your car can be wiped off with a damp cloth.

This is an expensive dust-control measure, which lasts probably only part of the season, so anything you can do to encourage renters and vendors to drive slowly is appreciated.
